Identification of multi-input muiti-output [MIMO) Section 3 of the naner is concerned with the case -~~~ ~-. ~-~~r ~ ~ r ~ ------.---~~ ~ ~ ..~.. linear dynamic systems is considered for the c&e when the measurements are obtained during closed loop operation.
